DELIVERY UPDATE - DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19:
Please be advised that our online store and warehouse is still up and running, however we are experiencing delivery delays, like most other online stores, due to Covid-19. We are experiencing a high volume of online orders & doing our best to get your Johnny gear to you ASAP, however we hope you understand, things are taking a little longer than usual, due to the current circumstances.
To ensure the safety of our team, we have reduced the amount of staff in our warehouse to comply with current safety recommendations. And we know that Australia Post & local couriers are doing their best to keep up in the current climate.
A NOTE ON AUSTRALIA POST: We also know that Australia Post have implemented additional safety measures, and with a higher volume of parcels they need more time to get your order to you. We are also aware of Australia Post not scanning in parcels to save time, and therefore its hard for you to check the status of your order. So your tracking information may not be showing information of every step.

We offer FREE Shipping on all AUS & NZ online orders.
Australia: Shipping is Free Australia wide. In most cases we use a prompt courier service to deliver your goods. In some cases, depending on your location we may use Australia Post. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days once your order is confirmed. Shipping times vary, depending on your location. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: email@example.com. If you would like to request to specifically use Australia Post to deliver your parcel, please contact us via email or phone prior to placing your order. We also offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $25.00 for Australia Only.
New Zealand: Shipping is Free New Zealand wide. In most cases we will use Australia Post/New Zealand Post to deliver your goods. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. The customer (receiver) is responsible for any local duties/taxes that may apply, upon delivery.

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Johnny Reb Australia. We understand that choosing the correct size/style can sometimes be a challenge when shopping online. So we offer FREE Returns on all Australian online orders purchased at www.johnnyreb.com.au (excluding clearance items).
What this means is, in every online order you receive from Johnny Reb, you will automatically receive a returns form & a free pre-paid return satchel along with the rest of your goods. So if you need to return or exchange an item, all you need to do is simply fill out the returns form provided, pop your items in the satchel, and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post Box or Australia Post Office. As long as your items arrive back to our warehouse in their original condition, with their original packaging in tact and comply with all of our returns policies, you will be eligible for an exchange or refund.
1. Our Free Returns policy applies to the customer’s first return of an online order. Any further returns on this order that the customer wishes to make, following this first instance, are at the customers expense. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned with their original packaging and the product must be in an unused/new and saleable condition. Please note this excludes Clearance items. See below for more on Clearance items.
2. HELMET RETURNS: Our FREE Returns Policy does NOT apply to our Helmets. Unfortunately Johnny Reb Online do not accept Helmet returns. We cannot accept motorcycle helmet returns back to our warehouse under any circumstance, for safety reasons (unless received faulty). This includes exchange, change of mind returns & refunds. Helmets are a crucial safety item whilst riding a motorcycle. Johnny Reb values our customer’s safety and will not sell a used or damaged helmet. Therefore, once a helmet leaves our warehouse, we can no longer guarantee the integrity of the helmet. Which is why, unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any type.
Exchanges & Refunds:
Full Price & Sale Items: All online returns will be processed by our customer service team when they arrive back at our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be received. If an exchange is requested, this will be organised by our warehouse & shipped back to your original shipping address. Please note all refunds will be processed back to their original payment method.
Clearance Items: Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges on clearance items. Please note clearance items are reduced to clear and are different to "sale items" which are purchased, as part of a sales promotion. All clearance items will be marked with a red clearance tag in the corner of the main product image.
A note on returns with Afterpay & Zip Pay: Please note any order processed with Afterpay or Zip Pay will be refunded via the original payment method. We cannot process any exchanges if your payment method was originally via Afterpay or Zip Pay. We will simply refund you & you can re-order as normal through the website.
How To Return An Item: (Applies to Australian Orders Only)
1. You should have received an Online Returns form & spare pre-paid returns satchel in your parcel from Johnny Reb. If you did not receive the Returns Form, you can download it by clicking here. Please fill in the Returns Form & package up the items you are returning, as they were received. Please make sure all original tags & packaging are in their original condition. Please do not stick anything to the actual shoe boxes themselves. No stickers or labels are to be attached to shoe boxes.
2. Place the items you are returning, along with your returns form, in the plain spare satchel provided. Please make sure this return satchel is addressed to the following address:

4. Seal up your returns satchel & drop it off at your nearest Australia Post Box or Post Office.
5. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be received. Once received, our customer service team will be in contact to process your return.
